Director & Relationship Manager

Richard is a founding partner of The Route, starting the company in 2000, after holding senior positions in a previous financial services company. He works as a Relationship Manager within the Club, servicing a large section of our Members, and providing input and guidance in the ongoing evolvement of the Member Proposition and the club concept.

Prior to starting The Route Richard was an equity partner and Group Manager of a retail financial services company dealing with client relationship and the management of advisors and advisor managers. He joined the City in 1984 after completing a degree in Business Studies at Bath University and a two year stint in restaurant management.
