Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments in your mortgages. Changes in the exchange rate may increase the sterling equivalent of your debt. We charge a fee of up to 1% of the loan amount on submission (which for a loan of £200,000 would be £2,000), depending on the complexity of your case.  A complex case could involve multiple properties and/or variable income streams.  For a standard re mortgage our fee is £395 and for a standard purchase it is £750, which is payable on application.
