What information does The Route collect about you?
The Route collects information about you when you engage with it for financial planning/financial advice/mortgage advice/investment management services and the marketing of its Private Debt Platform Loan Notes. This information will relate to your personal and financial circumstances. It may also include special categories of personal data such as data about your health, if this is necessary for the provision of The Route’s services. The Route may also collect information when you voluntarily complete Member surveys or provide feedback. Information relating to usage of The Route website is collected using cookies. How long does The Route keep hold of your information?

However, The Route is subject to regulatory requirements to retain data for specified minimum periods.
